[Timetable](https://help.thrive4.com/timetable?hsLang=en) # How do I assign coaches to classes? ## Assigning your coaches to specific schedules and products allows them to access registers and attendees' personal details **Note:** If you're looking to add coaches to squads or teams, you can find the steps [here](https://help.thrive4.com/how-do-i-assign-coaches-to-squads-and-teams?hsLang=en). ### Assigning a coach to a product: - Navigate to **Product management \> Products** - Select the relevant product from the left sidebar - Select the ‘Permissions’ tab along the top of the screen - Tick the checkbox next to the coach’s name  ![](https://help.thrive4.com/hs-fs/hubfs/chrome_3ac4M8llNv-gif.gif?width=670&height=279&name=chrome_3ac4M8llNv-gif.gif)   ### Assigning a coach to a schedule/individual sessions: - Navigate to **Product management \> Schedules** (or to the ‘Schedules’ tab of a product’s settings) - Locate the relevant schedule - Click the ‘Assign coaches’ icon under ‘Actions’ - Tick the coach’s name and save to assign them to the full schedule -
