Contact Record overview
A comprehensive guide to navigating the contact record and the various actions you can perform within it
Actions

Click the ‘Actions’ button in the top-left corner of a contact record to carry out the following:
- Message (Email/SMS)
- Add to Group or Product
- Invite to Product or Organisation
- Add note
- Request payment
- Mark inactive (or as an ex-player)
Left sidebar

- 'Details' - the contact's personal information
- 'Account owner' - the account owner's personal information
- If you have clicked into the account owner’s record this information will display in the 'Details' section and the 'Account owner' section will not appear
- 'Active payment methods' - any mandates or saved cards that the account owner has set up
- 'Medical' - any medical information provided (if the account owner has shared access)
- 'Linked contacts' - any profiles linked to the contact (account owner, siblings etc.)
- 'Contacts' - emergency contacts and any individuals designated to receive copies of emails sent to the contact via the system
- 'Groups' - view, add and remove the contact from your groups
Main dashboard

Dashboard
Alerts: Quickly flag missing payment methods, medical information etc.

Overview: Shows currently outstanding and pending amounts, and account credit.
Invoiced: Shows invoiced and paid amounts over a given time period
Active Products: Products that are ongoing or planned for a future date for all linked contacts
Finance
Invoices: A record of all invoices over a specified date range
Orders: A record of all scheduled orders
Upcoming Renewals: Any of the contact's renewals that have not yet moved to 'Orders'
Suspended: Any of the contact's renewals that have been suspended
Statement: Outlines all debit and credit transactions between your organisation and the customer
Messaging
History: A comprehensive history of all email or SMS communications sent to the member
Timeline: View messages that have been delivered to the contact's timeline (app notifications)
Preference centre: View the communication preferences set by the account owner
Attendance
Access a detailed record of the contact's past and future attendance
Development Programme
Track and manage the contact's progress in any related Development Programmes
Activity Logs
A record of all activity/changes made to the contact’s record
Right sidebar
- 'Notes' - view, edit and delete any notes associated with the contact
- 'Consents' - view the contact’s consent responses - these can only be edited by the customer at checkout or in the member portal
- 'Forms' - view and edit the contact’s form responses
- 'Shared files' - view and download any files that the contact has shared with your organisation
- 'Product invitations' - view the status of any product invitations that have been issued to the customer and delete if required
