How can we send emails using our own domain name?

Whitelabelling allows you to send emails from your organisation's own domain. Before you can enable this feature, there are just a few steps required

Important: This service cannot be activated for general email services, like gmail.com or hotmail.com. It is essential that your organisation is the registered owner of the domain to use this feature.

Steps:

  • Email us at help@thrive4.com letting us know you’d like to set up whitelabelling, along with the email address you’d like system emails to come from
  • We will then send you the records to apply to the DNS of your domain
    • These are usually managed through an online domain control panel – a login can be found on your domain provider’s (e.g. GoDaddy, 123-reg) website
  • Once these records have been applied, we’ll verify the records, and you’ll be good to go

Note: Please note that the email containing the DNS records will come from 'SendGrid', via @sendgrid.com - please look out for this in your inbox!
