How do customers cancel their direct debit mandate?

If your customers need to cancel their existing mandate because they no longer need to make payments, or their bank details have changed, they should follow the steps in this article

Steps for members:

  • Login to the JoinIn app or online portal (https://app.joinin.online/#/app/joinin)
  • Navigate to Accounts > Settings > Payment Settings
  • Ensure the correct organisation is shown in the top-right corner
  • Click ‘Remove’ beside the existing mandate

A new direct debit mandate with new bank details can then be created if needed.
