How do I assign coaches to squads and teams?
Once your squads and teams are set up, you can assign your coaching staff
Note: Any users with the Full Admin role will by default have access to all teams and squads.
Assigning coaches to squads or teams gives them access to:
- Members
- Personal details
- Sign-up status
- Payments due
- Messaging
- Setting up events, training, and fixtures
- Sign-up links
Adding a squad coach:
- Navigate to Teams > Squad management and select a squad from the left sidebar
- Click into the ‘Coaches’ tab
- Click ‘Add new coaches’
- Select the checkbox next to the coach(es) you wish to add
- If you would like the coach to have access to all teams within the squad, also select the star icon
- Click ‘Add’
Adding a team coach:
- Navigate to Teams > Squad management and select a team from the left sidebar
- Click into the ‘Coaches’ tab
- Click ‘Add coaches’ then select whether you’re adding from the squad or adding a new coach
- Select the checkbox next to the coach(es) you wish to add
- If you would like the coach to have access to all teams within the squad, also select the star icon
- Click ‘Add’
