How do I change a user email address?

If you need to change the email username for a contact, please contact the support team with the request to action this change

Although you can edit a contact’s email address from within Thrive4, this will only update the communication email and not the login email address, which must be updated by the Thrive4 support team.

This restriction exists because each email username is a unique identifier within the system and may be associated with multiple organisations. As a result, individual organisations are unable to make changes to a user's login email.
