How do I copy or clone a schedule?
You can easily duplicate your existing schedules and assign them to different products as necessary, or save slightly altered copies to quickly set up a schedule for a new term or location
Important: The schedule name must be unique before you can copy. If you cannot click 'Save copy as' it means that the name is not unique.
Any unchanged settings, including exclusions and custom calendars, will be copied over.
How to copy a schedule for the same product:
- Navigate to Product management > Schedules
- Click on the name of the schedule you’d like to copy
- Change the name and anything else that needs amending
- Most commonly, this would be the start/end dates, or day and time
- Click ‘Save copy as’ in the bottom-right corner

To copy a schedule to another product, simply change the name (and anything else) as well as the product it’s linked to before saving as a copy.
Tip: You can also clone an archived schedule – just navigate to the ‘Archived’ tab and click the ‘Clone schedule’ icon under ‘Actions’.
