How do I customise my view in the Contacts page?

This article will cover how to use the 'Manage Columns' feature, to easily personalise the contact information visible to you based on the specific data you want to see

Changes made to which columns are shown (in any part of the system) are saved on a user-by-user basis, so any adjustments you make to the column data will only be visible to you.

 

Tip: Adding the 'Pre-authorisation status' column is a great way to see the payment method status for each of your contacts.

If you need to follow up with customers yet to set up a payment method, you can filter your list by their Pre-authorisation status, select the contacts and then choose to send a communication.

 

Steps:

  • Navigate to Contact management > Contacts
  • Click ‘Manage columns’ in the bottom right
  • Choose which columns you wish to add
  • You can change the order by clicking on the three dots to drag and drop these into position
  • Click ‘Save’ to see your customised view
