Steps:
- Navigate to Organisation setup > Accounting and billing
- Tick ‘Ask the payer to pay for payment and platform fees?’
- Click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the page
Note: This will be mentioned as a 'Service' fee at checkout.
If you do not wish to display the service fee, you can choose to manually adjust your pricing to include the costs of the platform and payment provider.
London & Zurich flat fee
If your payment provider is London & Zurich, you may wish to (also) pass on the separate 25p + VAT (30p) transaction fee, which is billed directly to your organisation separately.
This can be done from Organisation setup > Payment providers > London & Zurich.
