Member guide: How do I upload and share photos and files?

Uploading files:

  • Login to the JoinIn app or online portal
  • Click/tap your profile or another contact from the dashboard or under ‘Friends and family’
  • Open ‘Files’
  • Choose a file type and upload

 

Sharing files:

  • Click the share icon on the right-hand side of a file
  • Select which organisation to share the file with
  • This will grant the organisation access to view and download the file at any time
  • If you wish to revoke the organisation’s access to the file, delete it using the bin icon
