Member guide: How do I update my information?

• Login to the JoinIn app or online portal
• Click/tap your profile or another contact from the dashboard or under ‘Friends and family’
• Your contact can choose from several options here:
  • ‘Personal Information’ - update names, addresses, dates of birth
  • ‘Registration Forms’ - update any information collected by an organisation via forms
  • ‘Medical Forms’ - update medical information
  • ‘Consents’ - update the consents (e.g. photography, access to medical information) granted to any linked organisation(s)
  • ‘Learning’ - view progress on development programs
  • ‘Files’ - view and manage any files you have uploaded/are sharing with an organisation

Emergency contacts can be updated from Account > Contacts in the left menu.
