How do I view a contact's attendance?

This article will guide you through the different ways to view your contacts’ attendance data

Steps – via the Contact record

If you would like to view the attendance history for a specific member, the quickest way to access this is via their Contact Record.

  • Search for the contact and click their name
  • Click the ‘Attendance’ tab at the top of your screen
  • All attendance for the contact will be visible – just click the calendar icon to change the time period

 

Steps – via the Attendance report

For a more general overview of attendance, or for a specific class/event, use the attendance report.

  • Navigate to Reporting > Operational reports > Attendance
  • Select the product(s) you would like to view the attendance for in the left sidebar
  • This report also shows capacity, available spaces, and waiting list and trial details via the different views at the top
