How do I view a contact's consent responses?

For an individual:

  • Search for a contact and click their name
  • Open ‘Consents’ in the right sidebar


 

For all contacts/a group of contacts:

  • Navigate to Contact management > Contacts
    • You can filter by product or group in the left sidebar
  • Click ‘Manage columns’ in the bottom-right corner
  • Add your Consent fields and click ‘Save’


Note: You are unable to update a contact’s consent responses, only the customer can manage these themselves from their Thrive4 account. More information for members is available here.
