Member guide: How do I view my timeline messages?

As well as emails, organisations may choose to notify you via your Timeline. If enabled, this will also send a push notification to your mobile device

Messages in your Timeline will remain there indefinitely, so you can easily check back on recent updates or notices. To check previous messages:

  • Login to the JoinIn app or online portal
  • Navigate to the Timeline
  • If you have multiple contacts (e.g. your children), you can filter by who the message is about/was sent to
  • You can also filter by which organisation sent the message if you’re linked to more than one through Thrive4
