To a squad:
- Navigate to Teams > Player management
- Select a squad from the left sidebar
- Click ‘Add players’
- Select the contacts you wish to add
- Choose whether to notify them with an invitation or not (this can be done later)
- Click ‘Add players’
- Navigate to Teams > Player management
- Select a squad from the left sidebar
- Navigate to Teams > Player management
- Select a team from the left sidebar
- Click into the ‘Players’ tab
- Click ‘Add players’ > ‘Add new players’
Their sign-up status will not be confirmed, nor will any requirements (such as membership fees or consents) be provided, until the account owner has accepted an invitation.
Adding players to a team
You can add players into a team directly, or you can assign them from the squad if they’ve been added to the squad already.
How to assign from a squad:
- Click into the ‘Players’ tab
- Select the players to add using the checkboxes
- You can also add individually using the three dots on the right
- Click ‘Add to’ > ‘Team’
- Select the team
- Choose whether to notify them with an invitation or not
- Click ‘Add members to selected team’
How to assign directly:
- Select the contacts you wish to add
- Choose whether to notify them with an invitation or not
- Click ‘Add players’
Re-inviting
If you have any players that were not sent the invitation link when first added, or have lost it, you can reshare it easily. Click the ‘Invite link’ tab, copy the URL, and send it to the account owner.
This link will take them through a checkout to confirm the players’ details, purchase any required products, and provide any additional information requested. Once this is done, the player’s sign-up status will change to ‘Confirmed’
