Invitations reports
The Invitations reports allow you to view and manage existing/previous invites to join your organisation or purchase a product
These reports can be found in Reporting > Operational reports > Organisation/Product invitations.
The Organisation invitations report shows a summary of all user invitations to join your organisation on Thrive4, whether that’s staff, members, parents etc.
The Product invitations report tracks who has been invited to a product.
Both reports show you who has been invited, whether they have accepted/declined or are still pending, and give you the option to delete the invitation. Deleting a pending invitation will cancel it for the contact, and deleting an accepted/declined invitation will simply remove it from the list.
