List of placeholders
Placeholders help you quickly personalise email and SMS communications and save time drafting messages. Here's the list of all those available and what they do
System fields
These placeholders will always pull through the relevant information and do not rely on an additional system trigger (event taking place).

Template fields
These placeholders pull data specifically for system email templates and only function when sent via a notification or through specific actions/triggers in the system. They will not work in manually sent emails. They reference products/schedules/payments related to the action/trigger. If you see these in system templates, do not change or delete them.
- ‘Invoice’ - the invoice being raised
- ‘Amount’ – the monetary value of the invoice/order
- ‘Payment’ - the payment made
- ‘Purchase order’ - the order number and information about the order made
- ‘Product’ - information on the relevant product
- ‘Product name’ - the name of the relevant product
- ‘Schedule’ - information on the relevant schedule
- ‘Calendars’ - the calendar entries relevant to the email
- ‘Person’ - the contact whom the product is for
- ‘User’ - the account owner of the relevant contact
- ‘Group’ - the name of the group relevant to the email
- ‘Registration form’ - the relevant registration form
- ‘Product invitation’ - the product invitation
- ‘Payment overdue days’ - how many days overdue the relevant payment is
- ‘Outstanding invoice amount’ – the monetary value of the relevant outstanding invoice
- ‘Outstanding invoices for account owner’ - a summary of outstanding invoices for the account owner
- ‘Outstanding invoices for beneficiary’ - a summary of outstanding invoices for the relevant beneficiary contact
- ‘Outstanding invoices’ – a summary of all outstanding invoices for all linked contacts on the account
