here's how ### Creating and editing consents - Navigate to **Organisation setup \> Data collection \> Consents** - There are 8 default consents that you can edit as needed - A'ccess to medical information', 'First aid', and 'Photography' are reserved consents and can only have their descriptions edited, not the titles, as they are tied to other features - Click the ‘+’ icon in the top-left corner to create a new consent - Set the consent title in the ‘Label’ field, such as ‘Pick up policy’ - Write a description of the consent in the text box below - Click ‘Save’ ![](https://help.thrive4.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-29-2026-02-52-53-3061-PM.png?width=292&height=431&name=image-png-Jun-29-2026-02-52-53-3061-PM.png)   ### Linking consents to your products By linking consents to your products, you can ensure contacts agree/respond to certain consents when making purchases via the shop. - Navigate to **Product management \> Products** - Select a product or product group from the left sidebar - Open ‘Consents’ and select the consents you would like to display at checkout for the product -
