Member guide: How do I add and manage my friends and family?

This article will explain how to add a new person to your Thrive4 account, and how to keep the details of your existing contacts up to date

Note: Contacts can also be managed as part of the checkout process. For more information on this, please view our full checkout guide.

 

Adding a new contact

  • Login to the JoinIn app or online portal
  • In the left menu, select ‘Friends and family’ and click ‘New person’
  • Provide the required details and submit

 

Editing contact information

  • Click/tap the contact from the dashboard or under ‘Friends and family’
  • Open ‘Personal Information’
  • Edit the relevant information and submit

To remove a contact, use the bin icon in the top-right corner of their personal information and confirm.

Important: As the account owner, you cannot delete your own record. For help removing your account, please contact help@thrive4.com and a member of the support team will be happy to help.
