Member guide: Why is my postcode not accepted?
If your postcode isn’t accepted when signing up or editing your details, please ensure it is entered in the correct format:
- Use capital letters only
- Include a space between the two parts of the postcode
Examples:
- BN1 3WB
- BN24 6WB
Formats like "bn13wb" or "BN136WB" will not be accepted.
