Member guide: How do I upload a photo to my account?

You have the option to upload a personal profile photo as well as photos for your friends and family

Note: Photos will be visible on profiles across all organisations where your profile has been shared.

 

  • Login to the JoinIn app or online portal
  • Click/tap your profile or another contact from the dashboard or under ‘Friends and family’
  • Open ‘Personal Information’
  • Use the ‘Upload’ button to add a profile picture and submit
