Conditions of sale report

The Conditions of sale report allows you to identify members who have not met the requirements for the product(s) they are associated with

This report can be found in Reporting > Financial reports > Conditions of sale.

This report allows you to identify the following information:

  • The contact name
  • The product
  • The missing requirements (e.g. a required membership, photography consent)
  • Who the requirements were overridden by and when

Important: Using ‘add to product’ overrides conditions of sale.

From here, you can take the following actions:

  • Export to Excel
  • Send the member an email or SMS
    • Useful to prompt them to login to their Thrive4 portal/app to provide any missing requirements
  • Add/invite them to a product/group

Tip: You can quickly see who has or hasn’t met the relevant conditions from the timetable.

  • Navigate to Timetable and click into a session

  • Head to the ‘Manage’ tab

  • Use ‘Manage columns’ to add ‘Conditions of attendance’
