How can I track user activity?

Need to check what’s changed in a customer’s record or who made an update? The Activity log makes it easy to track key actions across your system

How to use the activity log:

  • Navigate to Organisation setup > Activity logs
  • By default, the log shows today’s data only, you can change the timeframe by clicking the calendar icon in the top-right corner
    • A maximum of 28 days’ data can be shown at once
  • User events, additional details, the user, and the date and time are all displayed

Note: You can use the search bar and the filter in the ‘Event’ column header to narrow down your search.

You can also save the log as a spreadsheet with the ‘Export’ button in the bottom-right corner.
