How do I pay Thrive4 service fees?

The Thrive4 service fee is a subscription required for Thrive4 customers

Thrive4 service fees will be issued to your organisation’s registered Account owner or designated billing contact. Invoices will be sent by email. If you are choosing to pay fees monthly, payments will be collected automatically using your chosen pre-authorised  payment method.

If you are unsure of who your account owner is, you can follow these steps:

  • Navigate to Contact Management > Contacts

    • Use 'Manage columns'  in the bottom-right corner to add 'Roles'
  • In the 'Roles' column, filter by 'Account owner'
