How do we change the bank details for where we receive direct debit payments?
If your organisation needs to update the bank details for where your direct debit payments are settled, please contact the payment provider directly

Email your request to the London & Zurich customer support team here: customer.services@landz.co.uk
In your request, quote your organisation name and group code. Your group code can be found under Organisation setup > Payment providers > London & Zurich.
