I received a charge from Thrive4 that I don't recognise

Here's what to do if you see a charge from Thrive4 that you don't recognise

Thrive4 (previously trading as LoveAdmin/JoinIn) is a software and business enablement company that serves many types of organisations including sports clubs, charities, membership organisations, educational facilities and supporters trusts.

Finding more information

For money to be taken by one of the organisations using our software, the user must have signed up for the Thrive4 member portal (previously JoinIn) and made the initial payment to one of these organisations.

If you know you have a Thrive4 member account, sign in via the Thrive4 app or online portal and navigate to Payments > Purchase history for more details on any invoice.

Note: If you have never set up or verified a Thrive4 or JoinIn account, it’s possible your details (including payment details) were imported when an organisation you’re associated with joined Thrive4.

If you can’t remember signing yourself or a relative up at any point, you can likely find more information about the payment in your emails.

All invoices raised through Thrive4 will be accompanied by an email with further details, including the name of the organisation that raised the invoice and what it’s for. Be sure to check each of your email addresses, as well as all spam, junk, and deleted emails. If you locate an email invoice, you can use the address to which it was sent to login to the JoinIn app or online portal (https://app.joinin.online/#/app/joinin).

Note: If you find further details on the payment and still do not recognise it, you can dispute the payment in your Thrive4 member account or contact the organisation directly.

Please do not contact Thrive4 directly as we are unable to help with refunds from the organisations as we only provide the software to them, we do not run their admin.

If the organisation is non-responsive, or you cannot find any information about the payment, we suggest contacting your bank to cancel the payment.
