The Thrive4 MemberHub app is available to download from the App Store and Google Play Store.

Once you're logged in, you'll see five key icons along the bottom of your screen - Dashboard, Timeline, Payments, Calendar, and Invitations. This gives you easy access to the most frequently used sections, allowing you to quickly navigate back to them from any part of the app.
Dashboard
Outstanding payments
Any unpaid invoices to organisations show up here, including the invoice number, amount due, and a 'Pay now' button which allows you to make a payment in a single click - if you don't have a payment method, you'll be prompted to set one up.
Any available account credit is also listed here - this is provided by organisations and can be used to make payments.
Family members
This section gives you an overview of active memberships, classes, and squads for you and any linked contacts (such as your children or other family members).
From here you can also quickly access personal data, medical information and more.
Calendar
See you and your contacts' upcoming activities at a glance, including the reservation status, time, and location.
Timeline
Stay updated with a real-time feed of messages sent directly from your club or organisation, keeping you informed and connected.
Payments
View your outstanding payments and click 'Pay Now' to start the payment collection process.
Calendar
See the details of your upcoming activities, whether you or another contact are on the waiting list, fully reserved, or your order is awaiting approval.
Invitations
From here you can accept or deny any invitations - this is split into three sections:
- Products - invitations to book classes, buy merchandise, sign up for memberships etc.
- Events - scheduled activities for teams and squads, including fixtures and training
- Organisations - invites to join another organisation with Thrive4 and share your information with them
Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner to explore more sections of the app, including:
Payments

Shop
Easily navigate to the booking sites of the organisations you're linked to, allowing you to browse and book the activities that interest you.
QR codes
Both you and each of your linked contacts will have a personalised QR code, which can be scanned by a club or organisation to record your attendance at in-person activities.

Account
From here you can manage your addresses, emergency contacts, contacts set to also receive account emails, change your password.
Under 'Settings', you can choose which organisations have permission to update you/your contacts' personal data, manage your payment methods, review changes to your information, and opt out of marketing emails.
