What happens if a user deletes a linked contact from their Thrive4 account?
When a linked contact (e.g. child) is deleted by the account owner in the Thrive4 app or online portal, the deleted person is automatically removed from your contacts, and from all associated products within your organisation. This includes the cancellation of any memberships and upcoming classes.
When this is done, you’ll still be able to locate them via previous records, such as invoices and reports, but no contact record will load if you click their name.
Any end-user (customer or member) using Thrive4 can delete linked contacts at any time from the ‘Friends and family’ section of the app/portal.
Note: If you believe a customer has deleted a linked contact mistakenly, please contact our support team at help@thrive4.com for help re-instating the contact.
