Why can't I see my product in the shop?
Product settings
Several different product settings (found in Product management > Products) can prevent a product from showing in the shop:
- Product status (under ‘Details’)
- The product is ‘Private’
- The product is ‘Hidden’
- Shop tiles (under ‘Shop’)
- The product isn’t assigned to any shop tile
- The product is only assigned to an unsupported shop tile
- The shop tile is inactive
- The shop tile has no image, and a hidden label
- No schedule has been created
- The schedule is ‘Private’
- The schedule is too far in the future and the value in the ' Days before sessions appear in the shop' value is not high enough
- The start and end dates aren't correct
- Dates have been excluded
Schedule settings
If the product in question is a class or event, you may also need to check the relevant schedule to ensure the settings allow it to show in the shop. You can find a particular product’s schedule settings from the ‘Schedules’ tab of the products page.
