Why can't I see my product in the shop?

Product settings

Several different product settings (found in Product management > Products) can prevent a product from showing in the shop:

  • Product status (under ‘Details’)
    • The product is ‘Private’
    • The product is ‘Hidden’
  • Shop tiles (under ‘Shop’)
    • The product isn’t assigned to any shop tile
    • The product is only assigned to an unsupported shop tile
    • The shop tile is inactive
    • The shop tile has no image, and a hidden label
  • No schedule has been created
  • The schedule is ‘Private’
  • The schedule is too far in the future and the value in the ' Days before sessions appear in the shop' value is not high enough
  • The start and end dates aren't correct
  • Dates have been excluded

 

Schedule settings

If the product in question is a class or event, you may also need to check the relevant schedule to ensure the settings allow it to show in the shop. You can find a particular product’s schedule settings from the ‘Schedules’ tab of the products page.
